I’m Rachael Moore, and I graduated PA school from Central Michigan University in 2019.  I completed my undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University in 2016.

After PA school, I worked with a different urgent care group, and I transitioned to a position with Pro-Health Urgent Care in November, 2020.

Working with Pro-Health, we provide various urgent care services.  I also treat patients with opioid use disorder with medication assisted treatment (MAT).  This is typically with Suboxone.

I’m also certified to complete DOT physicals.

In April of 2021, I started a primary care practice at Pro-Health Orion Township treating patients over the age of 12.

Fun things about me is I ride dirt bikes with my husband.  I also recently got back into bowling after stopping in high school.  Last year I bought a mountain bike and really look forward to more riding.
