Holly Francis

Hello, my name is Holly Francis with a master’s in criminal justice and a  Doctorate in Forensic Psychology. I began my career with a strong foundation in behavioral analysis and mental health. 

However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic marked a significant turning point in my professional path. Driven by a deep commitment to support communities during a time of crisis, I transitioned into healthcare operations and have served as the General Manager at Pro Health Urgent Care since 2020.

In this role, I oversee clinical operations, patient care coordination, and emergency response readiness. I am also FEMA certified, which has enhanced my ability to support both patients and healthcare staff in high-pressure environments.

It is my goal to ensure that every patient is treated according to their individual needs—with exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism. I believe in creating a supportive environment where each person feels seen, heard, and respected throughout their healthcare experience.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, family, and friends. God and country are close to my heart. I have a passion for horses and traveling, especially to relaxing Hawaii.
