For urgent care visits, no — all Pro-Health Urgent Care locations welcome walk-ins 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also save time by pre-registering online before you arrive at prohealthuc.com. Family practice patients must schedule an appointment by calling the clinic.
Most locations are open Monday–Friday 8:00am–8:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm. Hours may vary by location — check your nearest clinic's page for exact times. Check the Locations page for each clinic's individual hours.

Pro-Health treats a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries including: colds, flu, infections, sore throat, ear pain, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, minor lacerations, sprains, back pain, allergies, and much more. We also offer sports physicals, well exams, and pediatric care when your child's regular doctor is unavailable.
Go to the emergency room for life-threatening situations: chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, loss of consciousness, or major trauma. For everything else — Pro-Health can likely help you faster and at a lower cost.
Yes. Pro-Health is equipped to treat babies, toddlers, school-age children, and teens for non-emergency illnesses and injuries — especially when their pediatrician is unavailable.
Yes. Our clinics are equipped with in-house laboratories and digital X-ray, so most results are available during your visit without having to go elsewhere.
Yes — EKG services are available on-site at most locations.
Yes. We provide a full range of occupational health services for employers including DOT physicals, pre-employment drug testing, workers' compensation injury treatment, OSHA compliance exams, and more. Same-week appointments are typically available. Call 844-500-CARE to set up a corporate account.
A DOT (Department of Transportation) physical is a federally required medical exam for commercial motor vehicle drivers (CDL holders). If you drive a commercial truck, bus, or similar vehicle, you are required by federal law to maintain a valid DOT medical certificate. Pro-Health is a certified DOT examination location — no appointment required.
Yes. Pro-Health offers MAT for adults with opioid use disorder. MAT combines FDA-approved medications (such as Suboxone/buprenorphine) with supportive care to help patients achieve and maintain recovery. Same-day appointments may be available.
