Pro-Health Urgent Care has a team of board-certified Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants ready to meet every patient’s health care needs — including out-of-town guests who need care while enjoying Treetops Resort, Black Bear Golf, or the trails and snowmobile routes throughout northern Michigan.
Pro-Health Urgent Care of Gaylord is a fully equipped urgent care built specifically to treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. We offer a warm and comfortable environment with an in-house laboratory, a procedure room for treating lacerations and injuries, an EKG, and Digital X-Ray — so most patients can be evaluated and treated in a single visit, getting you back to your day faster.
Pro-Health — Gaylord is also ready to provide top-notch health care for babies, toddlers, and school-aged kids when their pediatrician is unavailable. We offer sports physicals, well exams, and non-life-threatening injury care for young athletes throughout Otsego County and the surrounding communities of Johannesburg, Vanderbilt, Waters, and Mio.
We are conveniently located just 1 mile west of I-75 on M-32, making us easy to reach whether you’re a local resident or passing through northern Michigan. Yes — DOT physicals are available as a walk-in at our Gaylord location. No appointment required. We are a certified DOT examination site serving CDL drivers across Otsego County and northern Michigan.

The nearest ER is Otsego Memorial Hospital at 825 N Center Ave, Gaylord. For everything else — Pro-Health Gaylord can treat you faster and at a much lower cost than an ER visit.
