Meet Dr. Mariana Perinot MD
Dr. Mariana Perinot, MD
Dr. Mariana Perinot is a board certified family physician who believes that patient care should be a physician’s first priority. She has enjoyed serving the Gaylord and surrounding communities since 2017, and holds the values of a rural family doctor very close to her heart.
Dr. Perinot treats patients of all ages; from newborns to the geriatric population.
Dr. Perinot was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
She holds a medical degree from the American University of Antigua with Magna Cum Laude and completed her residency in family rural medicine in Marquette, Michigan.
She is a proud graduate from Wayne State University with Honors in Psychology.
She has a strong interest in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians.
In her free time, Dr. Perinot enjoys spending it with her family and her French Brittany, Simon. She participates in hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. She enjoys tending to succulents and air plants, knitting, scrapbooking, and reading classic novels.
