Amanda Laur, NP
Hello! I’m Amanda Laur.
I graduated from Baker College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. It was that year that I became a cardiac progressive nurse at Royal Oak Beaumont. As my knowledge expanded, I had a yearning to learn more and become a nurse practitioner.
It was 2020 when I went back to school at Chamberlain College where I earned my Master of Science in Nursing, and I became a nurse practitioner in 2022.
This year, I will complete my courses for DOT Physicals, Suboxone, Joint Injections, and Botox to better take care of our growing patient population.
Aside from my medical accomplishments, my husband and I welcomed our first baby, Eloise Jayne, this year. Naturally in my free time, my world revolves around our little girl and our growing family. With that, we love going to the family farm, that my husband manages, to help with whatever needs to be done.
When I am not at the farm, I am usually at home baking, crocheting, or cleaning.
